回复 Eve SO定价确认

Hi Eve,

Good question. Here's the summary of China Food sales order types and their pricing approach — confirmed through our earlier project discussions.

Pricing master: TPM system The RHQ-to-customer sales price list is maintained in TPM. TPM creates the sales order and passes the result data to S/4 via interface. S/4 does not use VK11 for customer-facing pricing.

Six SO types — pricing breakdown:

SO Type Code Pricing Method VK11
RHQ Standard Sales ZF00 Price maintained in TPM → SO created in TPM → result passed to S/4 No
Direct Sales ZF01 Planned for Group Procurement Center (China buy → Indonesia affiliate sell). Each transaction has different pricing — no fixed pricing procedure applicable No
Toll-in Sales (processing) ZF02 Via Zhuhai Huafeng (GL company) with factory shipment. Within TPM scope No
Miscellaneous Sales ZF03 Factory waste/scrap sales (broken noodles, cardboard). Quantity-only, price entered manually in SO No
Sample Sales ZF04 Triggered by TPM → creates sample SO in S/4 via interface No
Replacement Order ZR03 Supporting document for ZF00. Also not VK11-related (to be confirmed) No

Conclusion: None of the 6 SO types rely on VK11 for pricing. The change to net-price (excl. tax) for drop-ship will not impact pricing procedure configuration for other outbound sales scenarios.

Will keep you posted once I get FI's confirmation.

Thanks, Kabin
